Our initial consult from Matt was thorough and resulted in a quick communication with the office in order to get the part our furnace required. Office (Sarah) was communicative with us about order status of the part, and within 1 week called to schedule our follow up for the repair. Adrian was awesome as he not only completed the repair, but even went back up into the attic to reinspect the furnace based on me telling him the story about why we called the home ware company in the first place…the house was filling with smoke! He put my mind at ease about all things checking out and assuring me they could come back out if anything else went awry with the heating unit. Thank you so VERY MUCH!!

Cody just left my house, he was in and out quick, really nice and efficient plus he even brought in heavy chewy boxes from my porch. I placed a repair call for my heating and Doctor Cool was the company that was assigned my work order and I could not be happier. Sarah called within a short period of time to schedule the technician. The next morning, Cody the technician from the company was at my home diagnosed the problem and repaired the unit.
