We had our AC break in the middle of a heat wave and The owner himself Vardan came and took care of it because we have my 85 year old mother with health issue and a 4 year old. Everyone else wouldn’t come for 3 days. Insurance company gave us the run around for days. He was able to get parts when other companies told us 3 weeks. He is an honorable man.
