I had an emergency plumbing situation late in the evening at a time when I had just received guests to my house. The toilet backed up on my guest which was not a pleasant situation. I have a second toilet that also backed up so I knew I had an emergency problem. I googled plumbers and found Drain Bears. I went with them because they offered 24 hour service. I spoke with a very friendly man who then connected me to Stoy, the plumber. Stoy made it to my house within an hour after finishing up another job he had. I was so grateful that he was available at 10pm in the evening! He was thorough in his approach and got my pipes drained and toilets flushing again. He stayed til 11:30pm. Ow, that’s what I call incredible dedication! Thank you, Stoy, for helping us so late in the evening and for providing such a great rate for your services! You’ll be the one we call next time we have plumbing issues.
