I liked that Jose Diaz sent me a text that he was on his way to my home. Also happy that he would be doing the service again today. He was very experienced went through the procedures for my heating system. I purchased the yearly plan so they always call me at the right time to service my units!! My unit was doing fine. ???????????? Was very polite and was able to give me more knowledge about my unit. Luis did a great job cleaning the dryer vent. He showed me before and after pictures. He left the job area clean and organized as he found it. He explained very well the high level details of another job I scheduled in 3 weeks. Equally, Gloria was extremely helpful in getting my appointment scheduled. Very expeditious, in getting back to me with questions about Comfy Membership (which I recommend highly). Overall, my first time experience is very positive.
