Fast Affordable Air | AC Repair

A friend of mine recently used FAA and referred me to them. I originally requested Sam, since my friend had a great experience with him. Unfortunately, since it was already 8 at night and my AC had just gone out, the only available tech was Mike. I was not disappointed. Mike was not only on time, he was professional, courteous and competent. Sadly, my AC blew, it was old, and had a good run. I needed a new one. Nobody likes having to make large purchases, especially when its been one thing after another for you. I was very surprised on the price for the quality of equipment. I was quoted a lot less than anticipated. Best part, they offered financing. Angie in the office was an absolute Gem. She made everything so easy and answered any questions I had. I felt we here long time friends after all conversations. I did get to finally meet Sam as well. Everyone from Mike, Angie, Sam and the techs that came to install, were just amazing and friendly. I had the pleasure of working with case Affordable Air last September 2022. My AC system was pushing air but it was not cooling it was the same Temperature as the outside and Vegas gets hot. In September we still have another 2 months of hot temps. My husband tried to fix and failed, we have worked with them before but I couldn’t find their card quick search and I called them they came out the next day with a text confirmation so I could be ready. They looked at the system which was installed in the 80s making it nearly 40 that’s on old system they attempted to repair it with some pump but it failed 2 weeks later they came out again and reminded me that they said they would do what they can and can not do anymore. It needs to be replaced. We wanted an energy efficient solution that worked so they installed a Rheem unit which came in via crane and they disposed of the other unit when they replaced it I didn’t event notice and was done in less than a day.
