Hollywood Air HVAC Heating & Cooling

Zero stars. Hollywood Air sent technician, Igor to my property. Missing my original morning appointment, he arrived around 3:30pm and left at 3:34pm. In less than five minutes without stepping foot onto the roof where the AC unit is located, and without opening the panels inside the home to look at the main vent, he tells me it’s old and preexisting. I ask him how he derived at that diagnosis without looking at the unit and he shrugged his shoulders and said nothing. I then demanded a professional diagnosis and with his hands in his pocket he says, “the professional diagnosis is that your air is not working”. I told him that I knew that already and that he did not have to be rude and unprofessional. He then states, “you can find another company”, and leaves. I immediately call Hollywood air and three times I get forwarded to voicemail. A few minutes later a female representative from Hollywood Air calls me saying that Igor, her technician, said that I wanted another company. I told her

Tech came within the time frame given. Very polite & explained the problem. Tech had the part in his truck and was able to fix our AC in a timely manner. He did not have the right tool to loosen the screws, however my husband was able to help him out. Our home is cool again. Thanks Igor. Service: HVAC system repair

Tech was running late but the company communicated well with me. The tech also patiently waited a few minutes until I could get home due to the scheduling change. Tech was very polite and professional. Properly diagnosed the unit, didn’t try to repair/replace anything beyond what was necessary. Service: A/C system repair
