Our air condition unit went out, mid summer, when the temperature was over 100 degrees. Our maintenance company assigned this company to us They responded to the service request in less than 24 hrs, and assigned a repairman to come out the first business day after receiving the request. The repairman that came out was professional and knowledgeable. And, fortunately he was able to fix the problem that same day.
