I've been without heat since the end of December. I've been involved in a battle with my home warranty company who failed to properly diagnose and repair the system. From the initial meeting to the installation of my new HVAC system Pro Tech Air Las Vegas was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Just wanted to give a big thank you to Gary and Terrell who did a great job, they answered my questions, explained how the new system works and the maintenance of the system after spending 8 hours installing the new unit.
