We needed to replace our 20 year old HVAC system and called around to get several bids. Josh gave us a great bid and then backed it with excellent equipment, great service and professionalism. (I was especially appreciative that they covered the carpeting in the areas they were walking and working.) It was necessary for them to enlarge the opening to our attic for easier access, and even the drywall company they sent out to repair that did an outstanding job. Our new upstairs two-stage AC Instant Air installed is remarkable. Where our 20 year old AC would take literal hours to cool down the upstairs, this will do the job in around 30 minutes.
