Brandon was great! He replaced my shower valve. Not only was he efficient but he went above and beyond. He was very professional and had no problems answering my multitude of questions. He was able to explain the process very clear and consise to me which was helpful because i am not knowledgeable about plumbing. Received a notification from the water district. My service line was leaking 120 gal/hr. I called jump 2 it. and that’s exactly what they did. Came out the same day I called, gave an estimate, began work the following day. It was a big job to trench and repair a service line, but the work was completed and all the staff I engaged with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would use them again hands down, and I would recommend their services based on my experience. Financing was quick and easy took 5 minutes via text. All in all great experience.
