Fast Affordable Air

Got a brand new system sept 2019 form fast affordable air...After only 2 years my capacitor went out , they fixed it for $150 and cus that part isn't covered under warranty apparently...when calling to schedule an appointment and the lady who does that could not pull up my information despite having installed the unit and seeing me just one month prior....took about 30 mins just for her to get my info all over again....and another 30 for her to TRY and find a spot for me the schedule just to say no one is working Sunday and they need a specific tech for my job ...a month later there is a "restriction on the line" major component to the AC ....it's over 100 degrees in my house with three small animals I told them I live with my elderly grandma but they don't have anyone to come out until Monday and the AC went out Friday midday. We are suffering in this heat and when I asked what the price is for monday the office manager couldn't entail what labor fee is? Currently waiting for a call b

Don’t use this company they are all lip service they tell you one thing then later they come with a whole different scenario on price and estimates they actually quoted you in the beginning YEAH PLEASE don’t waste your time and money!!!! Service: HVAC system repair
