This is more about the overall customer service. The initial technician did not arrive within the window of 9a-11a (up until 11:45 when I had to call and inquire where they were); another technician was sent who completed the job to our satisfaction. (Danny) Max Plumbing & Air Conditioning should check with their technicians to see if they are going to meet the window they scheduled to do work. Customer also plan their schedules around the schedule they are given. If it is not going to be met, someone, should contact the customer so they are not sitting around waiting. It is a disservice and unprofessional when you leave customers high and dry with zero communication. The customer should not have to contact the company to find out where the technician is. I completely understand getting caught up on a job with unforeseen circumstances. It happens. However, on the other hand, if I wasn't available for the technician when they arrived and did not contact them to let them know I would
