I was talked into getting my whole roof replaced so I can get a warranty if there are any leaks afterward. So I went ahead and had them replace my whole roof. A few months later it rains and there was still a leak. I called them and they told me they were going to make an appointment with my tenants. They never did and my tenants eventually moved out. Mind you, that the leak had already caused damages to the new laminate stair case flooring that I had just laid out. They new about this also because I had complained to them multiple times, but I got the run around and since I don't live in Vegas it was hard for me to keep up. A year later, I have new tenants and my new tenants complains of a leak (the same leak that southwest roofing haven't fixed) and so I call these guys again to schedule for someone to go out there and fix the roof. The same story... they give me the run around and after a few more phone calls they finally called back telling me that they scheduled an appointm

This roofing company fixed the leak in my roof and their services were to my satisfaction. I will use them again.
