I am so impressed with the service I received by Pure Plumbing! Had a main water line leak to the house and called around town. The dispatcher at Pure Plumbing was very helpful and courteous in scheduling someone to come out and take a look within a couple hours of the call. A lot faster than I had expected. Travis came on time and assessed the situation. He was very professional and thorough in explaining what was going on and what would be needed to be done. He was very honest and helped schedule the work to be done as soon as possible. Francis and Kevin were the technicians who came to work on the job. They were very professional, courteous, quick, and efficient! They took time to plan out the course of action they would take to re-pipe around the landscape that I did not want destroyed along with the cobblestone that laid in the front courtyard. And most importantly, got the job done RIGHT! I am so thankful for these guys going above and beyond and helping me in every way. Thank yo

I had a number of plumbing projects at my house and hired Pure Plumbing based on the reviews I had read. They were obviously correct in their assessment. Alex and Daron were extremely professional and clearly very knowledgeable about the trade. Showed up and quickly diagnosed my issues and resolved them in a very efficient manner. Connected the water back up in a few day. Thanks. Nevertheless never showed up on time. The last crew said they’d come back the next day. No show and they left the trench open with no warning tape. Called dispatch and told her about it and she said someone would come the following day. Not acceptable. Crew came a few hours later and filled in but I asked about the sand which was supposed to be covering the line. Acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. You made a big deal about the sand cover.
