I had a number of plumbing projects at my house and hired Pure Plumbing based on the reviews I had read. They were obviously correct in their assessment. Alex and Daron were extremely professional and clearly very knowledgeable about the trade. Showed up and quickly diagnosed my issues and resolved them in a very efficient manner. Had to replace the old hot water heater (15 years old & light colored one) due to the fact that it stopped working. Replaced with a comparable hot water heater. Very tidy, very neat, and nicely cleaned up ‼️ Every thing done within 4hours. Showing up, draining, uninstalling, picking up new hot water heater, installing and testing the plumbing. Alex C. Was very professional, polite, and was glad he was in an air conditioned environment. ????❣️‼️

Michael H. is hands down the best rep! I had my first scheduled appt with him on a Saturday and instantly knew I wanted him to come back when my husband was home because Michael explained things so well to me but I also wanted my husband to be present to ask more questions. Michael came back on a Thursday and my husband and I spent over an hour asking Michael every question you could think of about the products, installation, costs, maintenance, and everything in between. He was so patient and friendly. He is also beyond knowledgeable and has a high level of experience. He was not pushy and he came during his off hours just to educate us and provide us with all answers to our questions.
