Contacted Mike on Saturday afternoon and Sheryl together with Ray set up to have the warranted Trane Condenser Fan motor/Blades replaced on Sunday before noon. The job was done very well by Aaron and the cost is reasonable especially over the weekend. My wife and I are very pleased with the service/response. No red tape/delay/waiting due to part under the warranty. Everybody at Sun Country provided a 100% Plus Customer Satisfaction with excellent Team Work beyond our expectations. Having completed our due diligence with Mike Xavier, we wanted to replace our aging HVAC system. Mike scheduled the job quickly to be completed in 1 day. Ben Martinez arrived on time with his crew. Under Ben's direction & lead, the crew expertly proceeded to their areas of expertise like a well oiled machine. Our home was treated with respect, care and cleanliness. Ben answered all questions we had and demonstrated the basics of the new thermostats. The team departed as if no one had spent the day here except for the COOL AIR. I had called and left voicemail to get a call back since my AC went out the night before and I received a call back from this wonderful lady named Alexis she was so sweet and truly cared. I was so stressed out since I was not sure if I was going to need a new unit or if I could even afford it. Alexis calmed me down and was like don’t worry it might be something small and if you do need a new unit we will find a way that you can afford it but to take one step at a time. I was referred by a friend and it’s funny because she also said that Alexis was wonderful over the phone when she had called the office when she had issues with her AC. It’s nice to know that there is still caring people out there. When the technician Aaron Arrived he was polite and explained that the capacitor needed to be replaced and that he had it in his truck and was able to replace it.
