Overnight my AC stop blowing cold air so on a recommendation from my boss I dropped sun country an appointment request VIA their website. I got a call at about 0730 to schedule an appointment. Very good response time for sure. They were able to accommodate me that afternoon which was great news being it's been 106 everyday. I got a text advising me that Aaron was on his way right around the time that we discussed. Aaron was friendly and got right to my unit, he was able to diagnose the problem within 2 mins, my capacitor was blown and needed to be replaced. Fortunately he had what I needed on the truck and it was blowing cold within minutes. I felt the price was reasonable for a same day appointment it always sucks paying good money to swap out a 20 dollar part. I will use them again and most likely sign up for a seasonal checkup. Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year so far, 116. Sun Country replaced it the next day with a new high energy efficient unit the next day with a 10 year warranty. 100% satisfied with the personnel I dealt with in all aspects of the process.
