YES! Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, and Electric

We used YES for our A/C needs through Home Depot and the overall experience was amazing. Extremely responsive, professional and punctual. The reviews by customers on the units we went with were excellent and similar in cost to lesser rated units quoted by other A/C companies when we looked into it before buying. Very sleazy. Do not trust them to provide service in good faith. Charged a fixed income senior over $2,700 for a water heater replacement that had to be redone because the work was performed before water damage was fixed. Did not provide a line item invoice for services rendered. Would not recommend.

My experience with Yes! Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, and Electric took place Sunday, 7/30/2023, which proved to be pleasurable. The first process was the inspection with two young men who were very professional, knowledgeable, and informative regarding what was going on with my air conditioner and the process to get the situation resolved. The following morning two other young men arrived to do the new air conditioner installation. They too were very professional and took time to place plastic on the floor as well as the surrounding space to keep the area clean. They diligently work during 105-degree temperatures. Despite the heat, they remained extremely pleasant and professional. After long hours of work, the air conditioning was installed, the men removed all the plastic, and took time to educate me regarding using the new thermostat. I was very pleased with the positive encounter with Yes! Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, and Electric. I would most definitely recommen
