32 Degrees Heating & Air Conditioning

We recently purchased a house in Searchlight and have had the hardest time finding an AC company willing to come out to do a preventative service and WiFi thermostat install. I reached out to 32 Degrees, and while initially was told we were out of their service area, Colby followed up to offer to make the hour trek out (the next day, which happened to be the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend!) and provided a quote of the cost to expect. Colby texted me the morning of to confirm his arrival time, and he and his colleague Gregory arrived at the time promised. They were both extremely friendly, polite and respectful. The install of the wifi thermostat was a major undertaking - the wiring was an absolute hot mess and they handled it perfectly. I can't thank the wonderful and professional folks at 32 Degrees enough! We were without A/C for 2 days and still waiting on the landlord to respond is unacceptable. 32 Degrees was the only HVAC that agreed to come because we rent. Our technician Colby was amazing! They are honest and professional. He said there was no way we could not have air conditioning and came right away. He diagnosed the problem and installed a new compressor for us. Replaced a Vivint thermostat with one I can control better and the problems started....65 degrees to start the day and no matter what temp I set it at the heater didn't keep up. Several trips later I am hopeful it is fixed. The heating and AC both were replaced this past spring...I did not incur charges. They tried so many things and finally today the circuit board was replaced. Hope it does the trick. Thank you 32 Degrees for having my back! Service: HVAC system repair
