I asked Petros and his team to modify a wine cabinet to make it a ducted system that required more hardware etc. Sad to say I procrastinated for a couple of years, and all along when I asked a question, he was responsive. Most suppliers would have likely given up, and I would understand so. I chose him, and never got a competitive quote, based on reviews I read about him and his team.
