These guys rock. I called on a Sunday evening and had a new water heater installed first thing the next morning. Excellent work, excellent customer service. Any questions I had were answered instantly. Couldn't have asked for anything better. This is a standard that all companies should strive to achieve.
Hector Cardenas was a big help! Originally, I went through my warranty and had to deal with some terrible and unreliable vendors. What a terrible experience. Just purchased a house and had some questionable thermostat connections. The dog$hit tech's recommendation was to replace the whole system than figure it out. Going elsewhere.
