Great experience with this heating company. The technician promptly ascertained the issue with the furnace and suggested a good cleaning and maintenance was all that was needed. The heater kept cutting off due to bird droppings and other crud clogging my exhaust vent pipe. He told me it was a common issue in Las Vegas, NV. Before cleaning the furnace the HVAC tech did provide me with the price (which was reasonable) and waived the diagnosis fee. Although there wasn’t an actual repair, the technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and conducted himself like a true professional. The heating furnace is now working without issue.
