Legacy Air Conditioning and Heating

I had Jerry Dumas and an installation team come to our home to install 2 new Trane AC units along with new furnace equipment two days ago. The install was flawless. The personable nature of Jerry and the team was refreshing. Their professionalism was top notch and the price for products received was unmatched. The girls in the office that I spoke with were energetic and a joy to talk to. I highly recommend Jerry and the Legacy team and we look forward to a long relationship with them with possible additional work being done at our home. My technician Dave was awesome. Great customer service, and explained to me what could of been the problem with my mini a/c split unit. I always appreciate the time they make to make sure I fully understand everything. I recommend Legacy Air for all needs related to A/C and Heating; never once had a problem with them.

Tommy H was polite, CLEAN and on time. I was not high pressured into buying upgrades or other services. He showed up took some pictures did the Maintenance he was contracted to do. At the end he showed me the pictures and said he listed a few non urgent recommendations. I reviewed his recommendations after he left and decided they were fair assessments. Because of Tommy's professionalism an no pressure recommendations I called the office to set them up to come back for the additional work. I would of never done this had there been pressure or scare tactics others use. I also want to say the ladies in the office were just as amazing getting me set up for both appointments (both are within 3 days of needing to schedule so I really appreciate the urgency of getting what I need done quickly too.
