Legacy Air was fantastic! From the customer service setting up the appointment, to the technician, David, who did the service call, it was 5 star service. David was on time, and very friendly. What I liked most was that he took the time to show me and explain what was wrong with the unit. He also gave great tips to keep the unit running smoothly.
