We have been in business with Specialized for many years. They have offered us exceptional service and truly care about the urgency of our refrigeration needs. What stands out to me most, is that this company has adopted a philosophy that resonates well with a long standing partnership. Specialized is not simply "chasing business". They truly want to keep their current customers serviced and if and when they take on new customers, they not only hire appropriately but they also ensure the customer does not suffer during the training period. 5 stars!
Have been using Specialized Refrigeration for the last 9 years or so, very trustworthy and honest establishment. Always able to talk with the owner if needed and they take care of me
