I scheduled an appointment with Joe’s roofing and waited for 45 minutes for an individual to show up to diagnose a leak in my house. The individual never showed up. I called Joe’s Roofing back and they did not even have the decency to return my call to explain why they completely wasted my time and blew me off. Completely unprofessional. I highly do not recommend this company.

Joe's roofing is awesome. Chris Houston was able to help me with putting in a insurance claim, which is the main reason I was able to afford the new roof. He met with me at my home countless times and walked me through the process. The workers who arrived were very nice, ensured my landscape was protected, and are really hard workers. They did an entire tear down and installation in two days. Overall amazing job Joe's roofing.
