My father's roof had a leak around the chimney. My father contacted the insurance company and was only provided with the claims phone number. Joe personally called my father and stated look for right now let's get a temporary repair to prevent further damage. The team came out within 24 hours and put a temporary repair around the chimney. The inspection showed that a new roof was necessary. When the weather got better Joe and Chad came out and went through step by step on how the roof was going to be replaced. On the day of the install, Joe's team of works came and worked to replace the roof in one day. Chad was helpful and provided updates as the job progressed.
