Carlos and his team did an excellent job in installing our new roof and rain gutters. He did an excellent job of describing the roofing products, installation and warranty at our initial meeting. I personally would not use this company. To start, Joe was not on time for our consultation. He showed up over an hour late for our appointment. While I was waiting, I called and text him and he did not respond. However, when he showed up he asked me if I was mad at him because I had called/texted and told me he had another appointment scheduled at the same time. I was still able to make it work and Joe took a quick peek at our roof. On the way out he started talking to our electrician and then he was explaining to us how much more the metal roofs are because he, "Can't just throw a Mexican up there and expect it to get done". I truly couldn't believe he thought this line was appropriate to throw out in front of two people. We received our quote and it was MUCH more expensive then our friends who sent us over with the same size of house. I emailed back asking what was causing this price increase and never even got a response. 0/10 Service: Roof inspection
