Our hot water heater went out in Reno. I contacted Rich and he responded to my request for a new hot water heater very quickly. We agreed on a time for the repairs to be completed. An absolute pleasure to work with. We came home from a vacation to find our water heater leaking. The water heater was not installed with a pan under it (which we found out is against code), so it was leaking onto a sheetrock platform which was getting mushy from all the water. I found Jolly Rooter here on Yelp, and called to get a quote since I was worried the water heater would fall through the platform. Rich was able to come out that day, remove the water heater, and install a new one the next day (now with a pan). He was professional, friendly, happy to answer any questions I had, and now I have a better quality water heater than I had before.
