I signed up for the Sierra Air maintenance program and Dustin came out yesterday to inspect and service our AC. He did a thorough check of the furnace and dampeners in the attic, as well as the AC unit outside. I shared some concerns with him and he was able to give me some sound advice. For those that do not know, Service Champions has acquired Sierra Air. We just wanted to share what a wonderful 2 day experience we had with Rudy & Cameron while they installed our new A/C & furnace. They were so professional and courteous throughout our entire installation. Even when a potential issue arose that could have delayed our installation Rudy was confident that he would still have our job finished on time, we could not help but be at easy with confidence and sure enough they had both our new A/C & furnace working. My experience with Sierra Air was wonderful from beginning to end. I was always updated on each step of the process. I was very impressed with Cooper and Noah. Non stop working and very polite.
