The technician was very knowledgeable and did not try to sell us repairs that were not needed at this time. I really appreciated that we were not persuaded to completely replace our system when some smaller repairs could be done successfully. I think that this is a wonderful approach to take with senior customers since we are very wary of being sold high cost replacements and we struggle to afford this. Some of my neighbors were very concerned that we might need expensive repairs, foreseeing the same happening to them. I will let them know that Sierra Air will work within their budgets. We have a service contract with Sierra Air. Twice a year they come out for maintenance work. Air conditioner in the summer. Heat in the winter. My only complaint is the scheduling. This appointment was changed 3 times by Sierra Air. The second time we received no phone call to let us know the appointment had been rescheduled. We called in to see where the tech was and we were told then ( the day of the scheduled appointment) it had been rescheduled. We have no problem with the work done each time Sierra Air comes out. The technicians have always been polite and knowledgeable. Service: A/C system maintenance

Sierra Air is an exceptional company. It's employees show that when they service your ac and furnaces. They make you feel that you are important to them and their company.
