If i could give 0 stars i would. This is to notify everyone that D&D roofing do not practice good business ethics; They not only called me a liar (as the customer) but they also did not keep their word in regards to a warranty. I had them perform work on a building they were here for 30 min patched a screw hole and sent an invoice for over $700. Less than 30 days later, it was still leaking from the exact same spot. I called the office and asked if it was still under warranty? The girl who I spoke with said that if it is the same leak then it is covered. The technician showed up and I once again confirmed with him that the work performed would be covered under warranty, he specifically said to me that we would not be charged for this visit because it was covered. So they climb on the roof and work for about 40 min and say they made a repair in the membrane and send me a second invoice for over $400 so we are being charged over $1100 for the same leak and 1 hr 10 min of work . Called for an estimate and was told someone would contact me. Next thing I know I received an estimate in the mail. They did a drive by. No big deal but I would have liked to talk to them. The price was acceptable so we had them do the full replacement of the roof. The roof turned out nice and they did a fair job of cleaning up. The one thing I we would say bothered me was that there were nails all over the yard and driveway. Now several weeks after I am still picking up nails. I would recommend this company but be aware.
