A few months ago, Dwayne from Switch relocated an exterior receptacle for me and installed a missing receptacle in a bedroom. Both have been functioning perfectly. Since he did such great work, I called him back for more help with three-way lighting switches. He's become so popular though that he hired more help! Tom was equally capable, kind, punctual, and friendly to have in my home for repairs. Tom replaced 10 toggle switches and two receptacles in seemingly no time flat. I'll be calling them soon when it's time for a new water heater breaker and new receptacle install in the garage. Scheduled an appointment….they called 15 minutes before the appointment time to tell me they couldn’t make it today, due to unforeseen delays…. Okay, so you can get to me in the morning…and they said no that I couldn’t be scheduled the next morning….So I wasted an entire afternoon waiting on a repairman that didn’t show up and then they wouldn’t commit to get to me the next morning….so now I could waste another day waiting…or I could call a more reputable company that keeps their word and goes the extra mile when they inconvenience a customer…. This company has very poor customer service and doesn’t care if you lose pay to wait for them….. Service: Electrical panel repair
