I normally review when something is really good or really bad. There is a little of both here. First the bad. We purchased the Generator and transfer switch ourselves and called received estimates from several different companies to install it. We decided to go with Switch partially because of the positive reviews. We agreed to the contract and sent a check that day. After that we heard nothing. I reached out about 10 days later asking for an estimated start date and was told by the owner she would check with Dwayne and let me know. She didn’t, I had to reach out again. We finally got going about 2 months later. Once it was installed, Dwayne was said he would be here first thing on Monday to do the final programming and startup. No show no call. I called and got voice mail, I left a message and didn’t get a call back. I read the manuals and did the final programming and start up myself. I had an appointment out of town that afternoon. A few months ago, Dwayne from Switch relocated an exterior receptacle for me and installed a missing receptacle in a bedroom. Both have been functioning perfectly. Since he did such great work, I called him back for more help with three-way lighting switches. He's become so popular though that he hired more help! Tom was equally capable, kind, punctual, and friendly to have in my home for repairs. Tom replaced 10 toggle switches and two receptacles in seemingly no time flat. I'll be calling them soon when it's time for a new water heater breaker and new receptacle install in the garage.
