Superb company with EXCELLENT customer service! I had a failed AC capacitor on a day when the temperature was near 100 degrees. I spoke with Cambria in the office. She sent Zach to my place the same day. He had the problem fixed within 2 hours! Customer Service was top notch from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this company!
Cary did a maintenance service on my high efficiency radiant heating system (cleaning, fluid replacements etc.). Very professional, competent and clean. He also answered a bunch of questions on other issues, which ended up with a fix of the recirculating hot water system and a suggestion for addressing a more automatic house water shut-off scenario.
