Louie came to fix our plumbing issue after hours. He was so friendly and respectful. He put everything back under the bathroom sink and wiped up the bathroom floor! He explained the problem and resolution to me with patience. Thank you!
I came home today from a business trip to a flooded garage. The expansion tank above my hot water heater had ruptured and flooded the garage. I called several plumbing services but Jet was the only one that was responsive to my needs. They sent someone out within a few hours. The technician, Brandon, was quick, professional, and explained everything in detail. He was able to fix the problem quickly and I would recommend Jet to anyone who has plumbing needs. scam, will make you sign a contract for 8 hrs labor + supervisor time then on the day of your appointment they will send out 2 kids with a shovel, work em for 2 hours then charge you for 8 plus travel time. BE VERY WEARY.
