We are so grateful to everyone at Lincoln Heating and Air! Our family had no AC for almost two years, and the situation was really awful. We have two little ones and elderly pets, and I have lupus. The news issued a warning that it was going to be 106 degrees in just a couple of days. We had contacted another company first, and they were unpleasant, far more expensive, and had no available appointments for weeks. Then we remembered the Lincoln Heating and Air radio commercials because of Abraham Lincoln - we love the commercials. So I called. They had an estimator out the next day - Austin - and he was so polite and professional. He quoted us an estimate far less expensive than the other company we had called. The office staff was anmazing about getting us scheduled within only two days. Chris and Jeff came out and replaced both our AC and our furnace. They were awesome! From start (sales) to finish (installation) and everything in between, working with Lincoln Heating and Air was exceptional! They installed a new AC and furnace. Called when they said they would. I cannot recommended Lincoln heating & air enough. They installed our swamp cooler about 7 years ago and have been servicing it since. We decided to upgrade this summer and from the salesman, Kelly, to the install crew we had, Rodrigo, Henry, Dakota, Drew & Jeff, everyone provided above & beyond experience. They thoroughly explained everything, showed up timely and worked hard to get the job done efficiently and professionally & we’re very friendly throughout.
