The technician Peter arrived at my home was punctual, honest, and reliable. Not only did they successfully fix the problem with my heater, but they also took the time to explain exactly what had happened and showed me where the issue occurred. Had a very helpful and knowledgeable plumber named Arthur, we had our gas shut down by Con Ed and Arthur pulled all the necessary permits and had our gas reopened in no time. We also had other quotes and Arthur was the cheapest and he was the fastest. Amazing service very happy.
Everyone we dealt with at Astoria Plumbing Heating and Cooling was very friendly and professional. Our furnace stopped working and they not only came and looked the same day, it turned out we needed a new furnace and they worked with us to find the best fit and arranged for the install the next morning.
