I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE TECHNICIAN’S WORKMANSHIP AND NICE PERSONALITY! HE WAS REALLY NICE TO WORK WITH AND THE PRICE HE CHARGED US WAS VERY REASONABLE!

We were completely ripped off. Would give zero stars. They sent someone by the name Dimitri. First of all he was late. He hardly had any tools to repair my furnace. Not even a s flash light! He said he has to go all the way to Brooklyn to order a motor and will call us with the price. He took the fee of $120 and then never came back or called us with an update. Meanwhile we were left freezing with no heat all weekend. We had to contact another vendor as he went MIA..Very unprofessional and misleading. Every time I try to call the company the phone is engaged. I will be filing a complaint with BBB.
