Whitestone Handyman & General Repairs

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I had the absolute displeasure of dealing with Arthur who did nothing but waste my time. From the moment he reached out, his response time was extremely slow and when I tried to call him to make the appointment faster, he wouldn't answer my call and would just text. Finally, he told me that he would meet me same day between 5-6 and informed me that he would let me know when he was 20 minutes away. At 5:51 I asked if he was close so that I could start making arrangements to get the location for him to hang a banner on one of my commercial listings. Didn't answer me. Texted again at 6:13pm if he was still coming...no response. Called him at 6:24pm and he sent an automated message that he couldn't talk right now. It is now 8:33pm and I have not heard a peep from Arthur. Needless to say I doubt he is showing up. He couldn't even give me the decency to let me know that he was running late or couldn't make it, just did a no call, no show. It was

I have to say Whitestone Handyman & General Repairs provided amazing service! He was very professional, efficient and reasonable. He is my handyman for life and we recommend him to anyone who needs a real professional handyman that is very knowledgeable and honest.

The tech did an amazing job fixing the holes in my wall and hanging my shelves, pictures, and mirror. He was meticulous in detail & made sure the job was done perfectly. Very professional and careful and made sure to clean up any mess! Absolutely excellent service!
