The whole experience with Bryant was A+ from start to finish. Gerry is a man of his word, promised me a new furnace would be in before winter, done. Nan in the office was great to deal with, even sent in the NYSEG rebate papers for me. Todd,Darrell and Erin showed up for the installation you can't have three better guys working at your house. Had to replace both a/c and furnace. Husband called and they came out and gave us a quote for both. Decided to have them replaced. Used the financing they offer. The guys that came did a great job. Bryant was very easy to work with. We had an AC issue. It was diagnosed and several options presented to fix it. And a pleasant surprise when asked if they could service our furnace. They did the same day without another appointment or service call to schedule. They are very thorough in their work and fair about pricing. I would highly recommend them for all heating and cooling maintenance and repairs. They are a company that goes above and beyond. And very courteous as well.
