Parlor City transformed our office from a disaster area into a beautiful work space. After years of water damage they replaced the roof and repaired all indoor water damage. Parlor City can be proud of all of their employees. Everyone was professional, friendly, courteous and hard working. Even though we added on to the original job multiple times, Marc and his team took it all in stride and performed the work in a timely manner. We are all so happy with our new office! We hired Parlor City to do a re-do of our main living area. It included redoing all the drywall, painting, applying shiplap on a feature wall and constructing 2 large beams for the ceiling. We're very happy with the finished product, especially with the wooden beams. All of the workers were attentive to details and to our wishes, especially the carpenter, Chris, who is a fine craftsman. The only issue we had was that due to some scheduling problems, the project went on a little longer than expected. We would definitely hire Parlor City for any jobs in the future!

I recently used parlor city to fix a hole in my ceiling and repaint it. I would say the work overall was good. They did get some paint on the walls in several spots that I had to touch up. My biggest issue was communication. We agreed to a certain day to start the job and I took off the morning from work and no show. I had to call and the receptionist did not have any information. Then over the next 1-2 weeks similar instances would happen and I would always have to call to see where they were. They really need to let the customer know if something pops up.
