I recently used parlor city to fix a hole in my ceiling and repaint it. I would say the work overall was good. They did get some paint on the walls in several spots that I had to touch up. My biggest issue was communication. We agreed to a certain day to start the job and I took off the morning from work and no show. I had to call and the receptionist did not have any information. Then over the next 1-2 weeks similar instances would happen and I would always have to call to see where they were. They really need to let the customer know if something pops up.

I hired Parlor City for my bathroom remodel. I shopped around and they not only came back with the best price but they could also fit in my job rather quickly. Before Parlor City touched our bathroom it was an awful eye sore. The walls were damaged, the linoleum floor was coming up and so many other things. Parlor City has made our main bathroom absolutely beautiful! I can not say enough good things about them. They were friendly and professional, Marc the owner and the staff working on the job communicated extremely well and explained things i had questions about perfectly. They were punctual and everyday before they left they cleaned up their messes. I had the old drywall gutted and replaced, new flooring laid, a stink fan installed, a new tiled shower, a new toilet and vanity and fresh paint on the ceiling and walls. I couldn't be more happy with my experience with Parlor City. I hired them to redo my bathroom due to black mold , they were fast, efficient and clean. The end of each of the 3 days it took, my bathroom was left very clean. Very professional employees. Randy and Robert were very pleasant and well knowledgeable on the task.
