UPDATE 12/28: Duane and team came back out before Christmas to address the overlapping heating cables, inspect the work done, fill holes left by moving/replacing the gutters, and to take pictures of the completed work. I updated the below with **comments. Once Greg became involved, our issues were quickly addressed. The last piece we are waiting on is the pictures of the completed job. UPDATE 12/16: Greg has been working to address our additional issues and concerns. Will update my review based upon that resolution. Go with this company if you enjoy the following: - Lost paperwork - **I was told this is being addressed with a new organization system.. so hopefully this will be the exception moving forward. - Several unreturned phone calls (and now e-mails) - **to clarify, the salesman was the primary culprit of not returning my calls.
