They put metal trim around windows and it was a trouble job. Never will I use this company ever again.

Not sure what happened to this Company? Years ago I met then CEO Charles Griffiths, who was a very pleasant and professional man. Based on that meeting, I recently recommended BSR to a friend. I'm feeling almost guilty about my recommendedation. The crew came on time, but it doesn't get any better after that. Day one, the neighbors watched as they threw several empty beer cans in the dumpster throughout the day. The put a hole in the attic ceiling and knocked a few hundred dollars off for that. My Friend had them replace her gutters and they removed the older gutters, leaving an opening to house for animals to come in. They somehow lost bricks to the chimney. My friend calls their Salesperson Kenny, and he states that they can fix it all for under $1,000. I call Kenny and ask why they were charging her. Kenny said that they couldn't foresee that these issues would come up. I told Kenny that his answer was unacceptable, that this is their business and they should know if you remove gut

I've had several construction projects completed by Tony & Mort over the years and have been very satisfied with their work. They've just finished siding my garage and did work on my patio and stairs. I'm very happy with the outcome. Great job, thank you!
