I reached out to Adam regarding a skim coat and small sheeting job in my kitchen. We set out initial appointment for a Tuesday at noon. Adam did not show up and said “sorry, forgot all about it” when I called him that day. We set another appointment for the next day. He and his brother came it and were very nice and seemed knowledgeable. He contactedme later that day with a price. I eventually agreed to the price and we set a date for the job to start. A few days later I called back with some questions regarding the job, Adam said he would come out to the house and requote; all very fair. He missed that appointment as well due to a family matter. After learning he would not be at that appointment (only 3 days before the original job was supposed to begin), I asked Adam if he could call me at his earliest convenience to set up another meeting.
