We originally hired Thrifty to reroof our 40' garage. Brians crew arrived, and in a few hours we had a new roof and gutters. Upon completion I asked Brian for a ball park figure to do an entire tear off and rebuild on our 130 year old Victorian home. Cedar shake shingles from 1893 and 2 layers of roofing since. The price he quoted was more than fair. Within 5 days of signing the contract the work was 100% complete. Including the new Rooster weather vane. :) Clean-up was impeccable and the crew was friendly. I worked here for a year. I know the quality, the type of people, and the process. The job is always done to Dane's (half owner) standard. His name is on it so corners do not get cut. They are both good people. I would trust them to do my roof even after leaving. Brian and l walked through my building and l showed him leaking in to the top 2 apartments. Brian indicated to me that l needed a minor flat roof repair. He was very professional and appeared to be very knowledgeable and fair. We agreed on a payment plan because it was an expensive repair for a small business especially during Covid. I trusted him. He and his crew came and did the work and they were very professional, neat and fast. He said the job was completed. I paid him 8,000 of the 10,000 bill. Soon as the job was done, a few days later it rained. I had completely rehab the 2 apartments with new walls and ceilings. The water came through in the very same spots. I have called him several times and twice he answered telling me he is busy, but he will follow up the next week. He did that about 3 times. Eventually, he stopped taking my calls. I had my husband call and he did the same thing. I called him from a different number in September and he promised to come look at it afte
