Sullivan was fantastic to work with. We had issues with our AC needing enough repairs that it was worth it to replace the entire system. Jerry did a great job of explaining our options for repairs and replacements, and we never felt pressured into anything. The team who worked on our furnace and AC installation was great to work with and did an awesome job. We would highly recommend their services to anyone in the area. Our central air conditioning unit stopped working. I called after hours, and received a call back in 5 minutes. They were able to get me an appointment for 2pm the next day. Maria arrived on time, was able to diagnose the issue and had the needed replacement part on hand. She also performed the general maintenance.
