Sullivan was fantastic to work with. We had issues with our AC needing enough repairs that it was worth it to replace the entire system. Jerry did a great job of explaining our options for repairs and replacements, and we never felt pressured into anything. All of the interactions that I have had with this company have been positive. UPDATE: After a couple of days, I noticed that the AC wasn't keeping the house cool. I called Sullivan's on a Saturday night, they called me right back! Then... sent a tech out first thing on a Sunday morning to trouble shoot. After being very thorough, they narrowed it down to an incompatibility between my Nest thermostat and the new furnace. Ran some new wires, and asked me to call if there were more issues and they would run new wires for the thermostat. Excellent customer service! Nate and Victor were very professional and courteous their entire time present for the install. Timely, very thorough in explanations, patient when my fiancée and I had questions. The central ac unit they installed is quite quiet when compared to those that friends and family had installed by other companies. Overall, very happy with the service we received on our install.
