Home Improvement Solutions IV recently completed two interior painting projects to repair drywall and paint the multi-level hallway and the vestibule of our landmark building on the Upper West Side. The company provided two detailed scopes of services with associated time and cost planning assumptions for the two projects. The work was completed in a high quality manner in the agreed upon time frame. Care was taken to ensure that at the end of each day all supplies were securely stored and time was taken to clean up the work area. Prior to final acceptance, Home Improvement Solutions worked with me to perform an inspection of the work performed, was very responsive to a few requests and performed a top to bottom floor carpet wet vacuuming of the hallway carpeting.
