First time dealing with this company. Communication was a bit of a problem and could have been better. I got an initial consultation and required this person to contact me when they arrived at my building and they did not which was discussed prior. I wanted to speak with the guy so he can explain what needed to be done as I was not present. I had to keep calling the company to get an update. I did not know what was happening but there was no problem with the effort taken in sending me an estimate for the work needed to be done.
