Came early morning and on time. Roy and his partner were kind and professional and fixed an issue that I wasn’t able to get help with. Really excellent experience. And I’m not easy to please???? And I am adding to my review: I’m not sure what happened with all the 1 star reviews but I really did have a 5 star experience. And you can tell from the business replies that they are on the ball. Exceptional service.....we used Shivani for warranty service purchased through PC Richards in connection to our purchase and eventual warranty repair of a Freidrich in wall unit. I needed a 15000 BTU window AC serviced & contacted. Shivani, after being unable to find any contractor that could help me. I was totally satisfied with Shivani from start to finish. They were extremely courteous, professional & I felt valued as a customer. The technicians were prompt, knowledgeable & respectful. They removed the AC, serviced it at their facility & reinstalled in just a few days. The AC looked like new & the cost was reasonable. I would give them 10 stars & would highly recommend them !!
