I needed a 15000 BTU window AC serviced & contacted. Shivani, after being unable to find any contractor that could help me. I was totally satisfied with Shivani from start to finish. They were extremely courteous, professional & I felt valued as a customer. The technicians were prompt, knowledgeable & respectful. They removed the AC, serviced it at their facility & reinstalled in just a few days. The AC looked like new & the cost was reasonable. I would give them 10 stars & would highly recommend them !! My air conditioner broke down in the middle of a heatwave; Shivani is PC Richard's warranty service provider. They worked with me to move up the appointment so I only waited 3 days (most places could only provide service in 15 business days) and they expedited the results of the assessment to PC Richard so they could quickly authorize me for a replacement unit. Great service.
