A mistake by a plumber from A Real Good Plumber caused significant water damage to ceilings and walls in my house. They were slow and reluctant to follow up and repair the damage caused by their mistake. Ultimately it took 5 months of nagging them in order for them to follow up and complete the work. It was a really bad experience overall.
Superb service. Taite, was the technician and he showed up on time, was friendly and pleasant. When the repair turned out to be more complicated and required more hands and parts he also gave me an estimate on the length of time it would take. When they were done, they cleaned up and left the bathroom cleaner than before. Thank you guys.
Paul Jr and Eldi did wonderful work. they were on time and completed a rather complicated task in less than an hour and a half.
