I reached out to 212 because I got some recommendations from a parents group I am a part of, raving about their quality and service. I was having issues with our AC since I bought my apartment last year. A different company came out, and changed us for refilling the coolant, but didnt bother to check if there was a leak, so of course the coolant leaked out, and that was $1500 down the drain. When I contacted 212, they were able to come out and diagnose the issue. Throughout I felt they were being honest and professional. They were responsive by Phone and email, and arrived to the job on time. They are a bit pricey, but it would have been less if I contacted the pros the first time. It’s definitely worth knowing the job is getting done right the first time. They were able to offer us a small discount, which really helped us to afford the repairs. Alex from 212 HVAC was knowledgeable and through, and quickly took care of the issue I was having with my mini-splits that had been caused by a bad install job done by someone else.
