Arian and the team at Big Apple did a fantastic job replacing my boiler with a high efficiency on demand unit. They stuck to the schedule and were super responsive from the initial estimate to the job being 100% finished. They did some amazing plumbing work getting the piping and boiler to fit into a closet that wasn’t much bigger than the unit. I’m very happy with the work they did and would recommend. Had issues with dishwasher not draining. The plumbing team was able to diagnose the issue and have it resolved in less than 30 minutes. The guys clearly explained the cause for the issue, and the solution. They also provided me with next steps if the issue was to arise again.
