My father-in-law needed plumbing services done in Brooklyn, NY. I found Big Apple Plumbing Corporation through Home Advisor/Angi App. I received calls from multiple plumbers. When Arian contacted me and came to our home, he gave me confidence and trust. He took care of a furnace float switch problem in 2021. The 40+ year old furnace started to have a bad smell during the coldest days this year. We decided to replace the unit due to safety concerns. We had Big Apple Plumbing replace the unit January 2022. The master plumber Sokol Selmani and his team did a good job installing the system. The job was done 1.5 days. They worked from 7am-10pm the first day to make sure there was heat. A couple of days after the installation, there was some steam leaking, so Arian came back and fixed the issue quickly. The furnace was a Weil-Mclain Cast Iron Gas Boiler. I needed a plumber for a small job, a clogged bathtub. Only Big Apple said they could be here next day, "definitely by 12:00, we'll call 30 minutes before getting there", so, appointment scheduled. Day of appointment, no word from Big Apple, and not even the courtesy of a repy to any of my four phone calls. And, their office is right across the street from me. Worst customer service. Done and done.
