For some reason the lights in 2 adjacent rooms started flickering and then kept going on and off. Also 2 outlets in one of the rooms stopped working completely. David and his partner figured out the problem and rectified it in a timely manner. He answered all my questions and took the time to tighten an outlet in the kitchen that was very loose every time I would pull a plug out. So polite, friendly and professional.
