Short & Sweet: These guys are the greatest ever!!!! It is obvious why Friedrich uses them as its go to installers. From the moment I started speaking with Rosalina to set up my service appointment until the time that my AC units were installed it was seamless. Alfredo couldn't be more professional and zen in this time of covid 19- (being around him was an added bonus). Even my husband looked forward to our second appointment for the second unit. LOL! Bye Bye Figlia & Son with your nasty customer service and lazy installers who don't want to adjust the cord to come out of the side that you prefer (they say it tase so long yet North Pole did it in 3 min!) -from now on my only destination for AC everything is the North Pole! Did quick, quality warranty work on 2 of my Friedrich. Employees and the owner are very friendly and professional.-Update work broke 5 days later, called 3x and no response. I had to go back to P.C Richards who fixed the problem quickly.
