I really love these guys at Greenpoint Heating and Cooling. Spoke with George over the phone and he already knew what the issue with my furnace was from what I explained, so he was able to send a tech prepared with the parts to fix my furnace, now if this isn't amazing service I dont know what is. Also they are so knowledgeable, friendly and honest.
When our furnace motor died on a particularly cold day, we weren't sure if we would be able to find a replacement for our old system. But, thanks to the hard work of Paul from Greenpoint Heating, we were able to get a new motor quickly and have heat restored in no time. The prices were also very reasonable for such emergency furnace repair. We are extremely grateful for the prompt and efficient service provided by them. Thank you.
