Sal was amazing, I had an issue that turned out to be bigger than what it was, he stayed for the entire day to make sure everything was done properly. He explained everything that he was doing and made sure to keep me updated on everything that was being done. I hired Sal from a friend’s recommendation, and I can’t tell you how thankful I am. He made sure I understood everything every step of the way, and even took the time to help me figure out how to advocate for myself with Home Depot, who sold me a faulty dishwasher. Sound not only installed the piece I needed for the dishwasher, he also checked out a leaky faucet for me that wasn’t on his schedule for the day. It said to him, discovering that the whole building was having issues that, if he hadn’t found, I don’t wanna think about the disaster we would’ve had on our hands! I unfortunately, I found out that someone in my building was really rude and impatient, and difficult with him. He continued to treat that person the same way he treated me, and aside from what a great job he did on the building, just speaks to such integrity and professionalism. definitely the only plumber I’ll send my friends to.
