Professional, experienced tradesman with excellent service. Fixed my heavy Raymond and Flanigan bunk bed after the movers destroyed it. He charges by the hour, so he was able to fix, install and repair around 20 different items in my home. My walls are concrete, so he had a powerful drill, screws and plugs to accomplish the jobs. Responsive, skilful, efficient. Jean responded to a text within 10 minutes of my initial outreach requesting photos of the doorframes and hinges I needed to swap out for door installation that also required carpentry skills in a pre-war building. Within half an hour he called me to explain the steps he needed to take to do the job, quoted his hourly rate and an approximation of the time involved to do the job. He arrived punctually with the necessary tools, finished the job within exactly the amount of time he quoted, and cleaned up after himself. On top of that, I learned that he's a jack-of-all trades of a handyman, he's a polite gentleman and we had good conversation. Will hire Jean again and will recommend him without hesitation. He cursed at me for asking him to help me lift something up the stairs. He cursed at me and slammed the door before even looking what had to be done! I’m kinda traumatised from his despicable service.
